Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we have a specific returns and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business.
๐ง Products Eligible for Return or Refund
We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged in transit
- The product is expired or tampered upon delivery
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or non-defective products.

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
- If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped at no extra cost.

- Change of mind after ordering
- Product opened, used, or tampered with
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
- Orders placed during discounts or promotional offers unless the product is damaged
